I called the office to see if you were in the same cabin, and they told me
that you had been moved to Cabin Ten for not writing me.
I asked them about STAMPS, and they said they would give them
to you if you
ask. They don't sell them, though. No excuses!
So how is Cabin Ten? New friends or did some others stay for
the second
week? Do you just repeat what you did last week? I am. I will
bake
tonight and get COOKIES out to you tomorrow. That will be the
last of that
for now. No new photos online of your new group, but I saw the
videos from
last week. Shame on you!
On the Home Front, Rexy went back to the Army. He wasn't on leave,
just a
weekend pass. He's gained five hundred pounds. I think he's had
his fill
of aliens.
The weather is still strange. The Polar Ice melted and Houston
was
inundated. The smog remains though. We may be able to surf in
Waxahatchie
by next summer unless it gets cold, then we can ski Waco.
Killed a forty-three foot rattler in the back yard. They are
living in the
hole that the flying saucer made last week. Rexy would have liked
this
one.
Those "high pressure" washes aren't getting the grime
off the car, so I had
it flown up to Niagra Falls for a good wash. It will be back in
time for me
to go to the PO and send you cookies and cards.
That's it for now. I know you are busy with new friends, but
I sure would
like at least one letter before you come back!
I love you, I miss you!
